MEDICA 2018, held in Düsseldorf Germany this November, set a record with over 5,273 exhibitors from 66 countries and an international share of more than 80%, according to an official press release. There were approximately 120,000 visitors with two thirds from 155 countries other than Germany.
Overall, 423 U.S. exhibitors participated in MEDICA 2018, including Block Scientific. This year, we showcased innovative products from leading manufacturers at booth no: 3/D35-2, attracting new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.

Two of the major highlighted features at MEDICA were the successful U.S. Pavilions organized by Messe Düsseldorf North America, with over 200 companies presenting their technologies within these exhibits.
Drawing on knowledge gained in numerous conversations with exhibitors, Wolfram Diener, CEO of Messe Düsseldorf said, "At MEDICA, visitors can see for themselves what is generally possible with regard to modern outpatient and clinical care and in which areas new processes and care models are being used in a promising way."
The fair focused on topics such as Electromedicine, medical technology, laboratory technology, diagnostics, physiotherapy, orthopedic technology, commodities and consumables, information and communication technology, medical furniture and specialist furnishings for hospitals and practices.
