Pacific Hemostasis Fibrinogen Reference Plasma, 10 x 1 mL
The Pacific Hemostasis product line offers Universal (UCRP), Abnormal (ACRP) and Fibrinogen Reference Plasmas to meet the needs of low and high volume coagulation testing labs.
Reference Plasmas are used to establish and check factor assay reference curves. The UCRP is a normal human reference plasma. Analytes in this product include clottable Protein C and Protein S. The ACRP is adjusted to produce coagulation factors in the abnormal range at approximately 50% of the UCRP product. UCRP and ACRP contain the following analytes:
Factor I (Fibrinogen) Factor II (Prothrombin), Factor V, Factor VII, Factor VIII, Factor IX, Factor X, Factor XI, Factor XII, AT-III Chromogenic, vWF Antigen, Plasminogen, Protein C, Alpha-2-Antiplasmin and Protein S.
The Fibrinogen Reference Plasma has an assayed fibrinogen level for reference curve prepration.
For use on manual, semi-automated, and automated coagulation analyzers.
