To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. My Account

Go to Sign Up page by clicking here. Enter your name, email and password and click "Sign up".

Click My Account at the top right hand side of our site. On your account page click the  Edit beside the Details section.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Click the Reset Password link below the form on the Sign up page. Then enter your account email on the form. An email containing the instruction on how to reset your password will be sent to the email account.  Follow the instruction inside the email to reset your password.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Then on your Account page click Sales Orders to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.


Pricing and Billing

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

Click the"Your Name"/My Account/Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Click the "Your Name"/My Account/Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).


Order Status

Go to My Account page and click the Sales Order button to view all your orders and their corresponding shipping status.

Status messages include:

Ordered: Your order has been received and we will begin processing shortly. At this stage, you still might be able to edit or cancel the order if necessary.

Processing: Your order is currently in progress and can no longer be edited or cancelled.

Shipped: We have shipped your ordered item(s). You will receive the tracking details via email momentarily.

Delivered: We have delivered the product(s) to the shipping address specified in your order.

Unable to deliver: We have attempted to deliver your order to the destination address, however delivery has failed and the order has been returned. Contact Block Scientific customer service for assistance or to get a refund.

Cancelled: The order has been cancelled. Your order may get cancelled due to either payment issues or shortage of products. An email will be sent that explains the reason for the cancellation.

Click the My Cart link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Enter the desired value on the quantity box to change the quantity of the product or click trash bin icon to remove it. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be edited. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during the "Ordered" status. For immediate assistance, you can talk to our customer service agents.

Once the items have shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification via email with the carrier information, estimated delivery date, and a tracking number. Go to the Sales Order page and use this tracking number to track your order.

In the My Account link where you can track your order status, confirm that all of the items in your order have already shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

If an item that you ordered hasn’t arrived or if some parts of the equipment are missing, there is a chance that your order may have been shipped in multiple packages and your items may still be in transit. Check your order status by logging in to My Account and verify if there are additional packages still in transit. If your order is not split into multiple shipments, you can request for a refund or replacement online. In this “Return” page, choose the reason as “missing parts” and opt for a “Replacement”. Read our Return Policy for more details. If you still cannot locate a missing part or item, or if the delivered order is incorrect and you need assistance, please contact Block Scientific customer service.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. We will let you know of the estimated arrival time of these items through email.


International Shipping

Please create an account by clicking the "Your Name"/My Account/Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
